Mind Full or Mindful? Masterclass 

In collaboration with Business Is Bliss and Vault Fitness, we invite you to come along and enjoy an evening of Mindfulness with expert facilitator, Peter Bliss.

Over the past five to ten years, Mindfulness has been increasingly practiced by athletes, corporate employees, teachers, doctors, students, adults and children. It has been proven to reduce health risks such as stress, exhaustion and improves presenteeism in our lives.

In this Masterclass you will learn how to;

~ Reduce stress through developing Mindfulness Techniques

~ Improve the ability to remain calm in difficult situations

~ Increase the ability to connect and engage with others

~ Learn how to create wellbeing and enhance emotional intelligence

What to Bring

A water bottle and yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, Vault Fitness will happily supply one for you.

How to get there

Best option is public transport with both Perth underground, Perth Station and Elizabeth Quay all just a short 5-10 minute walk. Along Riverside Drive there is also paid parking.
