Featherstone is a movement studio that combines physiotherapy, Pilates and strength to help people keep doing what they love, confidently and pain free. Not your typical physio clinic, Pilates studio or gym, Featherstone is a movement space where care and science work together. We help people repair, move and live – whether that means getting back to golf, hiking without pain or just feeling comfortable and confident in their body again.
Featherstone uses a blend of physio science and movement therapy influenced by Pilates, yoga, breathwork, exercise rehabilitation, myofascial lines, stretch, strength and conditioning principles and more. Our approach Repair, Move, Live is about understanding your body, rebuilding trust in it and keeping you strong, capable and free. Because movement isn’t just exercise, it’s how we stay connected to the life we love.
Featherstone offers individual consultations and group classes in studio and virtually/online for tailored sessions to achieve your goals. We work with clients all over the world virtually, as well as in person, at our studio in Mosman Park, Western Australia.
